I traveled to India in June 2012 with a group of students and professors from my college. We spent the majority of our time serving at Miracle Garden Orphanage in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. My time in India completely opened my eyes to the world beyond the United States. It challenged me in my faith and I spent a ton of time after the trip processing all I had seen and learned.
