I'm Erin and I'm so happy you're here, reading my blog. I'm a dreamer, a thinker, a lover, and a writer. But more than that I'm a child of God, his beautiful masterpiece, nothing without him.
I just recently graduated from college and moved home from Rochester, NY where I went to school. These days I'm getting into the routine of being a working girl, trying to find a church that I love, and making friends all over again. It's definitely a time of transition for me, but I'm at peace with where I am because I have no doubt that God brought me back home for a reason. I live in awe of his faithful provision in my life.
During college I had the amazing opportunity to travel to India and Guatemala where God completely rocked my world, softened my heart, and filled with love and compassion for the hurting, the oppressed, and the poor. I used to think that in order to serve the Lord, I had to pack my bags and move to a third world country, but I've come to realize that there are people that need to know Christ's love in my community--in my every day life--just as much as around the world. Since God has me here for now, I want to embrace the opportunity to saturate everywhere I go with his unending, relentless love.
This blog is the place for me to share my adventures, big and small, with you. I hope that this site is a place where you can come for encouragement, peace, and love. And maybe even some laughs! (I think I'm kinda funny.)
